One of the principal ways in which St. Lawrence students gain international experience is through the University's international programs, some of which are run by St. Lawrence while others are operated via various arrangements with other institutions and agencies. According to the University's 2001-02 Catalog, St. Lawrence currently has programs in these countries, with the start-up date provided:

Australia, 1997
Austria, 1967
Canada, 1977
Costa Rica, 1992
Denmark, 1980
England (London), 1978
France, 1964
India, 1990
Italy, 2000
Japan, 1983

(Note: although the formal Russia program has been discontinued, the University continues to make arrangements for students to study there.)
