in physics and headed to the University of
Oregon to study renewable and alternative
energy sources. He was state champion in
the mile for indoor track and the Liberty
League champion in the steeplechase.
Estes had a 3.94 GPA with a double major
in biology and psychology, was a tutor and
was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

, co-winners of the Daniel F. Sul-
livan Athletic Leadership and Community
Service Award. Buzza was a primary orga-
nizer of the highly successful “Dig Pink”
breast cancer awareness event; an intern
in the admissions ofce, she was involved
in numerous other community service
and philanthropic projects. Mwenda also
boasts an impressive resume of community
work. A peer tutor in computer science
and Swahili, he was a Dean’s List honoree,
a student delegate to the Alumni Council
and a volunteer with Habitat for Human-
ity. He earned All-America honors in cross
country in fall 2010, helping the Saints to
a third-place overall fnish as a team.
