Friday, October 3 at 4 p.m. in Griffiths Arts Center 123 Pregnancy and Power: Women’s Struggle Over Time 
Public lecture by Dr. Rickie Solinger, Visiting Professor of Women’s Studies, University of Colorado, Boulder and author of Wake Up Little Susie: Pregnancy and Power before Roe v. Wade

Wednesday, October 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Griffiths Arts Center 123 
Who’s Really Anti-Choice? A Pro-Life Feminist Perspective 
An examination of the issues unprejudiced by religious doctrine. Public lecture by Kathleen M. Gallagher, M.S.W., Associate Director for Communications and Pro-Life Activities, New York State Catholic Conference.  Co-sponsored by St. Thomas More Newman Center. 

Thursday, October 23 at 5:30 p.m. in the Gallery 
Potluck Dinner and Discussion:  
An Inter-Generational Dialogue 
Women of all ages will discuss their personal responses to the exhibitions. This get-together is open to the public, but geared toward college and secondary school students. 

Thursday, October 30 at noon in the Gallery 
Brown Bag Lunch and Discussion:  
Local and Historical Perspectives 
Community members and SLU faculty will discuss how issues related to the exhibitions have been addressed in the North Country over time. This get-together is geared toward students, faculty, and the broader community.
